    Thanks. Cool.

Any idea about the cheques? Can it be from my parents directly to the vendor without hitting my account? Provided I have a contract in place before settlement date with my parents through a solicitor, is this settlement approach a problem?

You will have to ask your bank. I don't see why you could not direct that the cheques be in different names.

I'm getting really paranoid after discovering so many tax technicalities. I wasn't worried about the bank making out the cheque, I was thinking more along the lines of if the money hasn't gone in my account, then could there be a reason that this is not tax deductible and not a loan?

When you borrow from a bank to purchase you dont actually recieve the money but direct the bank to pay the vendors etc.

same thing can happen with your parents as lender

Terry i'm just going through this thread again. In this situation, wouldn't the loan be mixed once you use the borrowings to buy your toilet for personal use?

    Cool thanks for clarifying.

When are you planning to release your book? I need to read it before my next property :D. Is it going to be available at the bookstore or order online?

Would a range of video channels be better than a book. If its was free. And on ANY device.
I havent met a way to do this with PC and have found another way and is underway in HD supported by GoPro. ;) 24/7 and free of charge.
2017 tax is about to be interesting. Think HDTV and a lot of it. Even free to air TV havent done this. And its being filmed and edited. Its coming.

...And free video conferencing with clients. Is that what you all want ?
