Yep; no more Madonna; she threatened to blow up the W.H...put her in with Ashley Judd.

Tomi Lauren, Dana Loesch, or Allie Stuckey?....hard choice to make :p

A bit messier than usual but it's always looking pretty lived in by this time of day. There's usually more empty coffee cups :).

The second bedroom is unused... So I moves my crap in there. Only 3 weeks into this new PPOR living thing.

All the $$$s get made from that $50 discounted Ikea chair

    Oof.

Dana Loesch, whilst attractive, is well past The Wall. Allie Stuckey? Are you kidding me? She's not even in contention.

    Now Tomi Lahren... oh my.

I'm not a conservative by any stretch of the imagination, but the Right seems to have the hottest broads.

Marc; Wouldn't it be funny if Sim wrote a script that, whenever someone typed the words 'Trump' or 'Clinton' that they were automatically changed to 'He Who Shall Not Be Named' and 'She Who Shall Not Be Named' respectively.

    ;)
About 6 years ago Hitting power and green flames shooting from the ground very scary, also on the same job we clipped telecom (no pvc just a damn wire)
A job recently I was scratching the ground with the mud bucket (no teeth as a mud bucket is very forgiving) and hello theres gas 100mm below the earth.. brand new build too. SMH

Other than that job touch wood have been very lucky, try to minimise as much as possible tracing services pre diggig by hand etc.

Majority of older houses, leaf matter and 100mm dirt is the coverage.. Not cool!

This is the reason I invest, so I don't have to do this work! :p

I'm tempted to wander down to the beach and do one of those cliche shots but I have a new laptop and don't want to get sand in it :D

"The instant millionaire" by Mark Fisher......I dont think I have ever known anyone else who has read this book, or even heard of it, saw it on your book shelf, definitely one of my favorite mindset type books, easy read, good lessons, easily applicable

Picked up that beauty at an old book sale the Lions Club was having in Leura. I think I paid like $2.
