    My "space" has been hijacked by a 7 year old who is obsessed with FNAF's, and spends every possible minute watching YouTube videos of it, and making various craft versions of the characters...and cannot see his mess to be cleaned up!!

    Curently has two paper mache characters on the go...which Dad ends up having to help with and do 90% of the hard bits.

    Who knows what the obsession will be next week.......

    MySpace apparently still exists. Reports of its demise have been greatly exaggerated.

    My wife doesn't have OCD. That stands for obsessive compulsive disorder, and she can't stand any sort of disorder. OCO would be a better term.

    @MTR

    This is probably about 1/3rd our library. When we first started out (and even now) we we're so hungry to get our hands on absolutely everything we could. Property books, mindset books, autobios of successful business people, athletes etc. Has it all made a difference? We believe it has. Even the psychological aspect of just having them has been beneficial for us. We know its not everyone's thing, but for us it's helped a lot.

    Thank you.
    You can learn a lot about people by what they read;) I gave all my property investment books away, I hope everyone enjoyed them:)

    What is your favourite book.

    We had just finished cleaning and painting a property in Brighton, signed a contract with an agent to sell the property but decided we would prefer to live there.

    Moved in a week ago,enjoying a morning coffee in the office.

    You gave all your books away and I didn't even get 1? :p

    Favourite book... hmm don't really have one tbh. We enjoyed the property development materials and renovation materials the most. In terms of non property related book I enjoyed the most.. 'Son of Hamas'. Fantastic read. For mindset, 'The seasons of life' by Jim Rohn. Life changer if applied.

    Btw why did you give all your books away?

    Not usually this tidy.

    Office is a sunroom - large windows on 3 sides - faces north and west, which makes it very pleasant in winter - but horrid in summer!
