    Plus one can easily and safely use leverage with property to maximise that CG :D.

    Always Cash flow positive .

    105 % finance .

    PPOR in Sydney - bought in 2013 and in 2 years time took out almost $200K equity, thanks to the Sydney boom which then allowed me to start my investment journey in SEQ & Geelong :)
