    $50k passive is achievable for a combined household over working life. With home paid off, it is definitely a nice thing to have (slightly better than pension haha)

    It can be a slow grind and boring, also depending on health and steady job. Not the most exciting way to build wealth and not for everyone.

    Keep it up and stick to your strategy!!
