    Agent called me today... told me it sold for the full asking price... good for me... he said the market isnt as hot as 2-3 months ago, but there's still buyers around. I personally like my own apartment in the block better.... wonder if I could get 650k for mine??? Considering I paid less than 300k in 2011 for it.... :D
