If you had to stand for one dominant thing what would that be?

We all have a range of beliefs and values that drive our behaviour, some forward to success and some self sabotaging behaviours that ensure that we do not move forward if they are not handled.

I stand for expansion (growth) - that is my own dominant thing.

When I find myself sliding backwards (as we all sometimes do), I find it useful to remind myself of what my thing is.

If you stand for one thing and all your actions and behaviours reflect that one thing and you practice this daily, it is easier to pull yourself up on days when you are ..not so up.

Once that one thing infiltrates all that you do, your life begins to turn for the better, I remind myself that I stand for expansion in everything that I do whether it is with my husband, children, tenant clients, landlord clients, friends, staff or coworkers. I put this into everything I do and for me personally, whenever I find myself in difficult situations, difficult clients, situations that throw me off from growing and I find myself going the other way - shrinking, it helps me to remember who I decided I should be.

What is your one dominant thing you want to stand for?

Xenia, when you say you stand for expansion (growth) in everything you do, I do hope it's not expansion of your waistline that you're hoping for as well! Heehee! Even though an expanding waistline will be a sign of prosperity. :)
    Just teasing ya! :D

it's funny, my daughter today said to me, my goal is to always be really skinny but have a big fat bank account - it takes work to achieve this and if you let it go the goal reverses itself (you become fat with a skinny account lol).

Yeah hopefully the expansion just keeps itself to personal development :)

I stand for the national anthem and when instructed to do so in court.

Now back to sleep, it was a big night.

I used to stand for all the Little Guys. Then I realised that I am one of the little guys. Now I leave them to look out for themselves while I look out for myself.

Xenia thanks for an interesting thread.

I stand for being "true to yourself", in other words don't be what you think other people want to be, be happy with who you are, what you are... will help you have a happier life:)
