    Everybody going to auction - pointing to high demand.

    One other thing which has caught my eye recently in Melbourne was not just auctions, but "in room" auctions held mid week.

    Many areas which have traditionally been private sale areas are beginning to move to Auctions as well. One area in particular was almost 100% private sale at the beginning of the year and just the last 2 months have ramped up to about 30% auction sales.
    Which isn't so convenient......

    Forget about auctions...that is only inner and middle suburbs...you need to drive around and talk to agents, land developers etc.

    From what I am hearing..it is HOT HOT....

    Melbourne is RED HOT at the moment.. it;s not even summer yet!

    working on 3 deals at the moment ...fending off stiff competition before 1st open home..

    Seems like Sydney De ja vu!
