What and where to buy?!

Olde Berwick is the bomb! I was expecting a mention in the latest HTW monthly review, however it only mentioned fringe suburbs that have grown less the last few years and have lower 10 year averages

 

Very true, and can happen with any house, really.
My PPOR used to be part of a 'Homeworld' display home by Masterton Homes. You'd expect it to all be done properly and to a high standard because its a show home..
Well.. the bits you CAN'T see were done SHYTE amongst all homes.
Every single house in this area used the same waterproofer.. and guess what? Every single house needed to redo their entire bathrooms and downstairs ceilings under those bathrooms because they all leaked at some point. Its just unfortunate my main bathroom leaked after the 7yr period, so we missed out on getting it fixed free.
