    Same kitchen like Darlo's pad.

"Average condition, in need of TLC,"

Tenants going to give it some TLC on their dime are they? :p

There is no way that this property can attract the wrong kind of tenants.

BTW how nice of them to consider pets? You won't want a cat to scratch those antique floorboards would you?

It looks like it would fall over if you leant against it.

    Cheers

That place is most likely more solid than some of the rubbish that is built these days (eg that Off the plan unit with the collapse ceiling).

At least they put up photos so people don't waste their time inspecting.

I'm surprised in this day and age of nanny-state and legislation that you'd be allowed to rent out a place that only had an outside toilet?

My neighbours have lived in their house since the mid 1960s - Greek family. They have an outdoor dunny. It's never occurred to them to move it inside. Could be the same reason they have an outdoor oven - the smells.

Surely no one would pay that for a slum? Wouldn't it make sense to rent a better place further out and suck up the extra commute.

Doesn't look that bad, a coat of paint and would be great for a hydroponics setup.

Link tells me property is no longer listed. Maybe they've read this site?

I googled and can see the outside (very nice bones) but it seems a second site it was listed on has removed it too.

Maybe it belongs to one of our own?
Now listed under Enmore for 450pw and no photos. Outside looks lovely - fantastic location. Wonder if they'd allow 4 cats and 2 dogs?
