    Great night again. I intended to leave early but was enjoying myself too much. It was great to talk shop with so many interesting people.
    I'm not used to getting to bed at 1am. Even though I had a huge coffee I still slept like a log. Really feeling like a nanna nap now but might settle for an early night instead.

    (Except skater - she's really short ... so much energy in such a little package! Might have to start calling her Energizer Bunny or something :D )

    @skater thanks for organising. @monalisa and I had a ball. It was 11:30pm without us realising and if we didn't have work we would have stayed longer. Admittedly, we've not stayed out of home that late in years and years. Didn't realise where time went.....great company and great venue. Just 3 minutes drive for home too :)

    Also we couldn't speak to everyone.....would have liked to meet @beachgurl

    And @See Change - but believe see change wasn't there.

    No @See Change didn't turn up this time. He'd better have a good excuse.:D

    I know what you mean about time flying. I am NOT a night person at all & I find that the time just flys. Now that you've been to one, you'll have to make sure you come next time as well.:D Beachgurl was sitting at the table with me & Travelbug towards the end of the evening. She's often found talking to my daughter, but she wasn't well, so didn't come this time.

    As @MsAli said - time flew!

    @Tekoz did not make an appearance haha

    I am so glad I made it, and thanks for all the tips on how Liverpool is the new hotspot taking over from Brisbane outer suburbs.....rockin ! LOL x 2 or more.....ha ha

    Had a meeting with a new potential strata manager for our Mosman units and was only time available ....

    It was a property related issue

    @monalisa & @MsAli : Yeah, I couldn't make it yesterday since I was doing some inspection in Southwest area.

    @sash : How's yesterday man ? any exciting moment or key points to take from the meeting ;) ?

    I guess, there are lots of talks about:
    1. The current APRA tightening rules.
    2. Brisbane investing
    3. Sydney Median price going up $1m next month (http://propertyupdate.com.au/sydney-median-house-price-now-1-million/)
    4. ... hopefully no one mention John Henry's name anymore, he's long gone burried in SS forum:cool:

    I met a guy there called 'Henry'. I thought he was John Henry. So I asked him is your name Henry or John Henry? He just had a confused look on his face...I suppose it wasn't him. I should have guessed it wasn't him as he wasn't quoting government websites or statistics or mentioning any website links...
