    Yuck! But Hubby's Rocky Road one was nice, even though it was more like vanilla than Rocky Road.

    Well, those that couldn't make it missed a great night. Even with the short notice we still had a decent turn out. We left just past midnight, but there were a few who stayed on. See everyone again in May. :D

    Will do next time. I didn't have time this time around though with scheduling meetups between holidays.:D The next holiday isn't until July though, so should be all good.

    Yeah...a very small group this time..I think I counted about 15 people through the night...interestingly it is also a barometer for what is happening in the Sydney market....

    Happened last time also...when property comes off the boil ...the hardened investors keep coming to these...but a lot of people fall by the wayside.

    Yes, it was a smaller group. I think your head count was nearer to the numbers once we headed upstairs.....we were at 4 tables there....about 12 or 13, as there were a couple spilling over at the ends, so there were definitely more prior to then. The late notice would have had an effect on the numbers as well, but you are right in that the numbers are a barometer of the general marketplace, although there were still some people there that were newbies & others who's name I couldn't remember, so it's not down to just the die hards yet.
