How are Logan investors weighing up their investments in terms of the overlays logan interactive map shows the property has ? A few properties I looked up had Acid Sulphate Soils and Transport noise corridors. Do overlays in the interactive map have an effect when inhabiting/reselling the property ? Or is it more or less advisory and investors don't care for things other than flood zones and bush fires ?

Acid sulphate soils is nothing to worry about. Transport noise corridors sounds like you might be buying close to a major road? Flood zones and noisy roads a what we look at mostly, busy roads are ok if the zoning is favourable.

Had acid sulfate 5-20m on my property and it was not even looked at during the planning/approval stage for building a new house.

Site cost also is not that high either (low-average)
