Water Bill Insurance Claim

    One of my properties has rental arrears. Also a couple of water bills have not been paid by the tenants. The tenants are currently moving out of the house. Does the land lord insurance rent default policy covers water bill arrears? I am using Allianz insurance. I could not find any clause related water bill in the insurance policy. Thanks

    Havent read that pds. Most do not.

    Usually bond for water, cleanup, etc. Insurance for rent and damages.

    Agree with D.T.. have not come across a insurance company that covers water. Should be taken from tenants bond
