    I guess it's wishful thinking. 30% rise in 3 years. You never know. I'd like Sash's opinion on it lol.

    Great thread. Has the best and the worst of property chat.
    Sad to see the impact of trauma as reflected in sash's more recent posts. The old post was so lucid (thanks AndyPandy). Now it's hard to know what's really being said; perhaps because even he doesn't believe it. Too many durries in the Druie?
    Oh well, at least we can trust dabbler to defend everything sash says by giving it a completely different meaning and misinterpreting what everyone else says.
