    Wishing you continued strength.

There is a resource - Good Shepherd Australia - which may be a good starting point to assist, including financial help.

It appears the big banks all have specialised support services, perhaps contacting that service and ask them for the type of account you’re wanting.

A couple I’ve located from respective websites, are:

    NAB
If you're experiencing domestic and family violence and need additional assistance, including financial hardship assistance or you want to know more about how NAB may be able to help you, please call NAB Customer Support on 1300 308 175 Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (AEST/AEDT).

    CommBank
If you're a CommBank customer experiencing a domestic or family violence situation, you can speak to our specialist Community Wellbeing team about your banking needs. This includes situations of financial abuse (PDF).

You can call a Community Wellbeing specialist on 1800 222 387 between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (Sydney/Melbourne time – excluding public holidays).
