    Hi All,

not sure where to put this thread, my question is if i was building a new property and went with a wall hung vanity unit which look great / modern. is this a bad idea if i'm planning on holding the property as a rental? my concern is if the tenant/s sit/ heavily lean on the unit it could come off the wall and the landlord would be paying the bill. thoughts?

Why would the landlord be paying the bill if the tenant damaged it (accidentally or not)?
