I saw it on TV last night. But after 5 days in CBD I really don't feel like going back in again. Son's got cricket presentation night anyway.

Yeah I don't blame you mate. I drive through the city every so often (though I hate the city) to stop at the large Dymocs Bookshop on George street and the thousands upon thousands of suits...racing in all directions..gawd...I don't think I could ever handle that... They are just being responsible adults and working hard but the whole rat race of it all.. I just watch in awe..

I'm one of those rats! But slowly moving out of it... Still the place for me to make money.

Too old for a night out and a bit too stingy to pay the cruise :p

Working it the city.. it's smelly too, cigarettes at one second, food next, then some weird unrecognisable smell etc etco_O

Planning to go to Vivid this Saturday but not in the cruise. We haven't taken the cruise ever. Let us know how you find it.

For people living in Sydney it is a shame that you live in the best city it the world but or becomes a thorn in your side!
I used to say the same! But after getting out and coming as a visitor i love it again!

And i thought vivid was cool! Went as a bumpkin tourist couple of years ago  it's just busy which is to be expected, so cruise would be the go! ...i don't like people in my space;)

I bus in the morning and train on the way back. Driving to Sydney CBD is not favorable with all the traffic and parking fees - train is better (if you get the newer one)
Sydney is not limited to CBD ay! I actually prefer the "satelite" suburbs like Chatswood, Macquarie Park and beach suburbs :D

Yet somehow visiting Westfield on different suburbs feels different ;)
If I'm really bored I'd go to Rhodes IKEA

Not too country, I still need civilization nearby...
