Hi all Saw an article in the age today listing the top suburbs impacted by termites. Thought would be useful info to share in case anyone missed it. Werribee and Mernda have topped the list, with Truganina and Hoppers Crossing coming in at equal third. North east of the city, Port Melbourne, Frankston, Cranbourne are the top few areas. I had been considering cranbourne to buy my Ip but am reconsidering now. Home invasions rife in outer suburbs as termites make a meal of new developments
