vic - draftsperson/architect recommendation?

    Hi, wondering if anyone has recommendations for draftsperson/architect in Vic? Property located in south-eastern suburbs, for renovation and extension (ppor)

    I have a good idea of what I want, and am looking for someone who will understand that I've got budget constraints!

    also - does a draftie/architect tend to do the council permits etc? or do most people do this by themselves? I'm a bit nervous dealing with council since this is my first renovation.
