    I went to a real estate seminar back in 2013 where they were pushing a new 'waterfront' sub division to be built on the outskirts of Menton, called Veneziana.
    250sq metre blocks for 460k . The dream they were selling was going to be an exclusive estate with apartments, townhouses with helicopter access to the city and watersports on the farm dam it was going to be built around.

    Has anyone heard anymore from this venture? I wonder how many people put money in to it and i wonder if its still being pushed?
