    I've only worked on one failed deal over that end of the world several years ago. Horrendously overpriced but reflective of the isolation of the location and captive market.

    I chose them because they were recommended to me by a real estate agent.

    They did the job for the fee quoted and they did it on time. The valuation came it at the property purchase price.

    they seemed to do an ok job. It is hard in that game to be extraordinary. They were fine.
