    Hi

    Can anyone recommend a website where you can put you address in and it comes back with a valuation of the property?

    I know there are plenty of free ones out there’s but I am after one that doesn’t require you to enter all your personal details and can immediately give you a value (not a range). Realestate.com.au was perfect but now it just gives a range

    You can use the Bank of Queensland app. But it gives an estimate of the value and I find it isn't always very reliable.

    Anything computer generated & free is not a valuation and cannot be relied upon.
