    You can request a property report. They send it via email. You don't even need to be their customer.

    Says its a UK based website. Didn't work for a local address I tried

    Building costs have gone up in the last few years. Can someone please direct me to a website that shows the percentage increase for Melbourne since 2019? Thanks.
