BoQ Property First App (search through your smart phone).
You can request a property report. They send it via email. You don't even need to be their customer.

Thanks for these links. As a noob this has saved me a lot of groundwork just finding out where to find relevant information.

    Hi all,

As relevance to the topic, one more you can add to the list is PropertyDirector.com.au.

PropertyDirector provides an easy to use digital book keeping system, access to high quality research and market activity reports from top-tier data suppliers, and forecasting tools to forecast the value of your portfolio going forward 10 years based on real data & patterns.

There is a free trial for you to get a flavour of our platform before committing to anything - you will get access to our digital book keeping and portfolio forecaster in the trial.

A number of investors seem to have found it useful, so including it here as an option for you to explore/consider.

    Thanks alot for sharing!
Below sites are not working though. might need to update your links

This redirects to some other weird sites. I don't think is still functioning.

    Site can't be reached

Says its a UK based website. Didn't work for a local address I tried

That post was from 7 years ago - a lot of stuff would have changed since then.

Building costs have gone up in the last few years. Can someone please direct me to a website that shows the percentage increase for Melbourne since 2019? Thanks.
