Hi anyone been following US property tech stocks? I see both Zillow and Redfin and down 50% over the last 6-8 months while all other tech is going strong.

Can someone more knowledgable shed some light on it? Is that a buy signal or dud?

A little, Tempted to pull the trigger but for the shorter term have more convictions in other stock been buying into Upstart and building positions in other companies I already hold and have enough companies, a new one needs to be compelling.. You need to Zoom out, Zillow and Redfin have ran hard still up like 200% over 5 years and I think have had a reality check, co-vid has affected performance, RedFin made an acquistion that may have a temporary hicup., but for longer term 5-10 years, they could both do very well. I think they should/could be in a portfolio, give higher weighting to Zillow and be overweight in neither. I dont think they are duds.
