Urgently need a recommendation for a quality PM agency in Rocky

    Dear Forum colleagues

    Martin and I would like to ask if anyone can recommend a good PM who can manage one of our IPs in Rockhampton...preferably a PM that will respond to email/phone messages as it has now been over a month of phone messages and emails with no responses from our revolving door of PMs at the current large chain agency...we have a lease due for renewal mid February

    Hi Forum members

    I am in contact with a highly capable BDM/PM kicking off her own independent agency in Rocky...my tenants are moving out in Feb...we are the first client of this agency. ..will let you know the outcome of our experience mid Feb after new tenants are sourced
