    I've noticed the word free is often spelled f'ree
    Property product spruiking is big business! Definitely keep your wallet closed!!

    I can't imagine anything worse than attending one of these things - spruikers and self styled experts who probably really only got lucky at best.

    If it is anything like it was last year, you'll find Andrew's presentation entertaining. He is rapid-fire and has a tongue-in-cheek approach. I value what he has to say but temper my view recognising that it is a marketing exercise for a company that sells property monitoring services / property advertising, etc. It is in their interests to talk up the market somewhere to keep subscriptions / advertising flowing through.

    Nothing new so far if you've read a Yardney book or are on here but good exposure and info for the gf who's just starting to look into it. Packed room though, maybe 200?

    Good presentation from Wilson. We'll be getting his presentation emailed to us after so if any be wants a whole bunch of interesting slides, PM me and I'll forward them on.
