    When I read about these clauses some of them make me smile as well as bemused.

    Seem to reflect various bit of bias, bile and occasional humour of the person. I suppose my will does too.

    Gees, get a grip. It's highly probable you'll not even be a passing thought by the third generation in most cases.

    No effect under succession act 2006.

    Hard to go past this one, the Canadian lawyer Charles Millar who willed most of his fortune to the whichever Toronto woman had given birth to the most babies in a 10 year period. Effectively instigating a public baby making contest

    And there is the story of the gold miner in WA. Terminal cancer meant his days were closing. He settled his affairs and gave away his possessions, tools etc and remaining funds. He prepaid his funeral expenses and held a lavish party all on his credit card.

    there is a lot to be said to dying impecuniously, or even in debt with negative equity

    My lifestyle is impecunios. Or as my wife says, I dont keep her in the lifestyle to wish she would like to be accustomed.
