Two lots on one title

    Hi,
    I am currently in the process of purchasing a block of land in Cobungra Victoria. It has two different lots, we were hoping to sell off the smaller block in order to build on the other. I just found out that both lots are on the same title. How easy is it to separate titles in order to sell.

    Is it worth the effort?

    What size does the lot need to be (under the DCP) to allow a house to be built on it? If it doesn't meet this requirement, then you won't be able to build.
