I hope so. Please bring on a major correction for ASX till 30 June to minimise the amount of excess Super pension I need to commute back to Accumulation:).

Everyone please refrain from buying till 1 July.

Why be careful what you wish for? Doom and gloom are an Investors best friend. The last period of major gloom (GFC) resulted in a noticeably earlier retirement for us. Now retired I look forward to the next round to add to our future income streams at a deep discount.

Settled on the sale of a property this week and will be making maximum consessional and non consessional contributions to SMSF, plus cash in the bank so a juicy correction would be exactly what the doctor ordered.

About time as it's been a decent run.

Doesn't bother me much though, been buying every month on the way up and will keep buying every month whether it goes down, sideway or continue the uptrend.

With all due respect, I'm not drinking the coolaid. I'm not bothered by the May madness. I'm just pointing out its been a bad month.

Wait until Comey's testimony which I think is next Wednesday US time / Thursday our time. I expect that if it is bad for Trump we can release the hounds when our markets open. Personally I am going to pick up a couple of ETFs that I have been watching since Trumpsky got elected.

Yes that's the result but more so due to a regular investment plan rather a conscious intention to DCA. I'm not holding funds back to make sure for instance, just investing a set portion every month from what I save that month.

    Should ask WHY?

Low Housing Inventory: A Logical Explanation | HuffPost
Low Housing Inventory: A Logical Explanation

In a nutshell supply vs demand, low inventory/stock is pushing prices through the roof, boom.

Markets are moving everywhere, this all started in 2011/12, recovery phase and continues to rise. Detroit has lowest inventory

Nice work, seems like you have a decent plan/system in place! Are you investing in Lic's, etf's or retail/wholesale managed funds?
