    Hi experts,
    What are the possible minimal things that can be done to commercial office and retails to trigger a
    full re-valuation and cost base uplift before a sale so as to minimise CGT?

    Does it have to be major capital improvement instead of just cosmetic changes?

    Main residence exemption can't apply to commercial so can't see why any uplifting could occur
