    probably trendy enough...plenty of smashed avo places.
    Good location , problem i have with it is that stones cnr isnt as gentrified as it could ( and should be)...changing though. Still quite a few druggies and dollar shops around.
    Id probably go to neigbouring subsurbs that have a more gentrified feel.

    would have im[proved in that time no doubt, but rate of change, like all of brisbane, is slow.

    It's a ever changing little pocket --tightly held for future development if you go out on a 1klm radius from the NAB on Logan rd..One massive downside is it floods big time and very quickly around the bridge area ..
    I was down there early today walking --From the Hotel along the shops fronts several are vacant good place to eat and there is a small Bar on the other side of the Hotel which does good business so do the second hand retro shops and with all the multi level units blocks up towards the "Gabba" the other end it will just keep changing very quickly..ihmo.
