    Is there a step at the doorway (presumably) in the recess in the photo? What is that 100mm pipe that turns and goes through the wall? Is that for the toilet?

    Worth having the external drains etc inspected. Plumber and a camera may find its worse. Looks like drain runners to me. More like sprouts off main roots that could be inside pipework.
