Hi all, those of you that work for a corporate company, have you recently attended a good, useful training course or have the trainer come to your office? and do a "workshop"?

We have budget to do some training not sure which ones are good.

Can you please recommend some? (Can be for soft skills or technical skills.)

I would be most appreciative if you can provide links as well.

What was the most valuable course you have done?

    Sales/prospecting training is always good.

Training on resilience, ability to handle difficult situations, motivation, effective communication and other skills - brilliant.

I train my staff myself, I run all courses and seminars, my style, my way as I find other training materials are watered down and ineffective.

It would depend a lot on what your company is into and what you Aim to get out of it.

I suggest Better Homes and Gardens for pavers and decks and SBS for cooking shows without any drama. My colleagues value a vegan curry above all else. You can watch Rake and Utopia on the ABC for state government, although it gets confusing when they use the same actors in both. Always provide a selection of office-delivered curries, roti and naan when demanding staff stay back after work for PD.

The company I work for is a technical company.

Just wondering has anyone done an amazing course. They changed their life forever and think others should do it too please recommend.

Currently people in my team are doing AIM courses... hoping I can find some other courses I can recommend to my manager to endorse.
