    Hi,

    Thanks for accepting me into the forum.

    I’m looking for builder recommendations for affordable townhouses in Melbourne that can be built for first home buyers.

    I’ve previously done a 3 townhouse development but my builder has repatriated overseas. I’ve also been away from Victoria for a few years and just came back.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

    Thanks for your reply Hamish. I'm looking for blocks around 500-600k so the affordable suburbs around Melbourne. North, South, East and West are all OK as long as the block is within budget. Many thanks
