    Hi all,

    Can anyone recommend a good town planner in Western Sydney? Ideally someone familiar with Blacktown and the Hills councils.

    In the first instance I'll need a bit of advice from them, so will need to be someone who can provide advice on specific sites (happy to pay) before being engaged to lodge DAs etc
