Torrens Title Reqiurements Wollongong

    Hi all,

    Does anyone know what the requirements are to torrens titles a property within Wollongong (i.e. splitter block)? I've gone through the relevant DCP however I can't seam to find any details.

    I'll be speaking to council tomorrow and a town planner however wondering if anyone here would have any details? Want to confirm an offer for a site ASAP.

    Sydney or NSW or Australia
    All property in NSW falls under the Real Property Act and is either torrens titled or old systems title.

    Other derivatives are variations on torrens eg: strata, community etc.
