Tin foil hat conspiracy: PM?

    sorry not very exciting,

    I just received my automated email statement from my PM, same one for years through one of the big franchises,

    it comes from [email protected], Statement number 50, blah blah

    however, attached is the statement from another property in another state that I also do own through the same franchise, ie are the two franchisees in kahutz with eachother??


    and hang on, 10 mins later, I received a email statement from the 2nd property in question but with the statement of another property in the same state but miles away from a DIFFERENT franchise !!!!!

    Im freaking out!

    Maybe all using the same system provided by the Franchise, and the system have just off-ed itself?

    Maybe they have a central admin office? would make sense, consolidating staff and premises. Wouldn't expect every REA office to have someone sitting there doing invoices, admin in this day and age of technology.

    @Jamie_ - your pm is responsible for your property not the wider franchise so they need to vet end of month disbursements to ensure payment and documents are correct. They are dealing with money held in trust for the owners of each account.
