    I am the exact opposite - I would be ecstatic about paying a $1M in rates or a $1M in land tax or a $1M in income tax or … :rolleyes:

    With that attitude, you will never have that much ;).

    Paying someone to cringe for you is such a waste of money - far better to invest the funds into a good shiraz :p.

    I was just having a look at a caravan park in the swan valley for interests sake, $258 per week for a powered caravan (or tent) site and its not even school holidays :D
