    You re-cord every hour what tasks you have completed ?

    How lond do u spend on facebook everyday or this forum ?

    I used to use toggl (site and chrome extension) but dropped it for timeblocking then reviewing my day on how long things actually took.

    I think theres software that logs time spent on specific sites and software. Kinda like keylogging.

    Physical or virtual sticky notes on the computer helps me get things done.
