    Hi All,

I'm just finishing off a major renovation and 2 subdivisions in QLD (about to start a build on one of them) and am in the market for more sites to develop. I'm ideally looking for something that needs a major renovation, or a 2-4 lot subdivision.

Any suggestions on where to look? Any buyer's agents that specialise in this product?

Depends on what you're goals are @Jmillar .. While I've only ever personally done reno's myself am actively looking to get involved in a JV subdivision/potential reno.

Not sure if promotion is allowed although yes there are buyer's agent's who specialise or can assist in this area.. You'd need to be very clear on what you're looking to achieve from them though as they'll find you what you ask for.. Hope that helps!

Hey @Jmillar - some BA's do them but many don't as the feasibility study is a lot of extra work and not everyone knows how to do them properly. These kinds of projects are something I source a lot of for my BA clients in various parts of NSW but primarily in the coastal areas south and north of Sydney from 1-3 hours out in each direction. If you are interested buzz me.

PM me I’ve got one that I would consider selling. Can be subdivided or 6 pack built behind existing Queenslander. Plans are drawn for 6 pack. Financed through SMSF so we can’t physically do DA and subdivision in super fund whilst still financed.

We've spoken before, and I think at the time I might have had my hands full. Will revive the email now.
