    Hi Respected Members

I am new to property investing, and I would like your opinion about the following property, located in 34 love street, blacktown, nsw 2148

    https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-nsw-blacktown-136415546

I appreciate feedbacks on the electric pole in front of the house like how much it will devalue the property, etc..

I have tried to attached screenshot (attached) from google maps.

    regards

I think the house right at the junction would be more of a concern than the pole.

On another note: interesting way of selling. Does anyone know what are the pros and cons of this open negotiation?

Jason thank you for looking into my clarification.

    1) Why would a house, at a junction be a concern?
    2) I got advice having an electricity pole, might make it difficult to get dual occupancy for the lot in the future.

People don't like houses at junctions. Especially asians (older generation aged 55+).
Younger generation of asian don't care as much, but because they need funding help from their parents, the parents tend to overrule it.

Thank you for your advice. I thought, house on a T-Junction give a very good elevation and un-obstructed path to sunlight.

    I lived at a T Junction.
The annoying part are car headlights shining into the front rooms.

Could also be a possibility of hoons not stopping at the intersection and crashing through the house. I've seen a couple of them, but at more major intersections.

Yes, there's plenty of rubber on the road if you look at Google Maps.

Many Asians especially Chinese will not like it because it's considered bad Feng Shui.
