Any thoughts on this new area? Land sales for about $240k for 400sq. 34kms out from city but has its own station and it's to the right of wollert and that did well in the past year?

    34 kms from which city?
    What station?
Where is Wollert? Hang on, I will google it just like I did Donnybrook. In fact I tried to buy a piece of pure waterfront land there last year for about $300K. 1600 m2 I think.

    (Embarrassment)

So there is another Donnybrook. I don't need to caution anyone from being ripped off.......

I had a Donnybrook with @datto in the Bloodbath Hotel at the Druitt and quite a few more in other pubs too.

Also met a guy years ago, he had a son called Don Brook but his nickname was Donny. :p

There's also a town in WA called Donnybrook and it's about 34km from the City... of Bunbury. But that $240k for 400sqm was a tip off - good luck getting $30k for that in Donnybrook, WA.

A lot happening, good gains in the last 2 years. Will it keep going the same? Who knows, however if you buy the right estate at the right price you should do well. There are heaps of posts on H&L, do a search you`ll will find a lot of info.
