Thoughts on development plans

Hi Guys,

I would appreciate some advice/ feedback on my current development plans.

It is a 6 town house development, i have attached the layouts of town houses 1 and 2 since town houses 3-6 are identical to 2.

I have also attached the 1st floor layout although im pretty happy with them already.

The issue is making the best use of space for ground floor of town house 1.
- Should i leave it as is or
- Should i remove the storage space and have it as a hallway (I personally think a hallway to no where is a waste of space)
- Should i switch the storage with the laundry?
- The architect has advised that a window is required where the storage is currently otherwise the facade would have too much brick. Therefore he insist on having it as a hallway.

Any feedback on the facades would be great too!.

yes for goodness sake switch storage with laundry - ot just get rid of storage, move staircase up and relocate laundry to current entry - put entry where laundry is.

flip upstairs bathroom so toilet is where shower is.
