2. Would also appreciate any recommendations for Perth-based: Conveyancer/lawyers, Property managers, and Build-and-pest inspectors

I am looking to purchase my first WA investment property. Budget <700k. Minimum 3/2/2 and ideally 30min drive from Perth CBD.

I currently have a positively-geared Brisbane investment property and am looking to balance out my portfolio with some more capital growth.

Please share your thoughts and wisdoms! Many thanks in advance.

 

Probably better ways to spend $700k in Perth. A quick look maybe 7km from CBD.
