    this is a real problem . A tenant is complaining that they can’t skerp because they can hear the neighbour enjoying passion . the neighbour leaves their window open at night and she moans passionately too loud stopping the neighbouring tenant from sleeping

    Do we write them a polite letter saying noise travels at night if they can please close their window after 10 pm ?

    For a joke I sent my family a different letter and it was so funny I thought I was going to have an Athma attack I was laughing so hard .

    But seriously what would u do and pls don’t say climb through the window and join them
    This will probably not generate serious answers but I am hoping for some please . It is a genuine problem . I guess handle it like any other noisy neighbour ?

    Serve notice - this tenant will complain at the slightest issue.

    @datto isn't the culprit?

    Have a noisy party, invite a heap of friends. Have a few too many wines. While your BBQing, tell all your friends in a big loud voice about how you hear the neighbours all the time and that you’ve nicknamed her Mona. Bingo...you’ll never hear them again. *This is a true reinactment. Names have been changed to protect identies.

    In future don't buy IPs next to an Aged Care Facility! I can't stress it enough. With advances in medicine there's gonna be alot more of this caper going on.

    Tell the tenant to try to out moan them.
    Also inform them it is not your problem.

    no it isn't. You've heard of fake news - this is a fake complaint.
    .......and even if it was, it isn't your problem. Why don't your tenants close their window?
    Don't even respond to this non-sense.
