    Hi

    Currently have one IP with Macquarie Relationship Banking and one with Westpac.

    Looking to move on from MB - looking for advice on where to go and a desktop val would be helpful.

    Why do you want to move. There's lots of good reasons to refinance but your post is really just a general statement, not a question.

    Perhaps get in touch with one of the mortgage brokers and get a proper analysis of your goals, strategy and structure done.

    generally deskies work best where the property you have is lower than median, and there is some issue with it - tired, main road, backing rail or school etc

    and most usually, but not always sub 80 %

    I don't really like dealing with Macquarie and their expensive. They suited the deal at the time but its served its purpose. Some form of equity release as part of the refinancing would be useful.
