Hello to all, after reading a thread from the old ss forums in regards to Brisconnect and the shocking situation many shareholders/unit holders found themselves in I thought it would be beneficial to have a thread outlining how to assess certain things such as BCSCA.

Also if this was to occur in a company in the 300 and one was to own VAS units what would be the liability/chain of events.

I, like many here are relatively new to share investing and would love for the more experienced to share how to avoid being caught up in such a thing moving forward.

    Thanks in advance

Don't do direct. LIC or ETF and let them deal with it.

This is a quote from Hong-Kong billionaire ..Li Ka --shing one of the richest people in that area ..

Your net debt should never be more the 15 percent of your net worth..

btw i.m not experienced as most Directors are not concerned about unit-holders --the entity --or the employees only their fat paychecks ,keep this in the back of your mind always and you will do very well..
