    I read it as Brisbane is going to be nearly 5x better performing than Sydney over the next couple of years - this doesn’t include income which Brisbane usually yields better.

    Alternatively, the anti-BIS prediction could be that all markets crash really hard.

    Except for Brisbane. It'll get demolished by Godzilla. :D
