A really good book actually. I like the series Million Dollar Listing and he's one of the most successful REAs in New York selling high end real estate. Not everyone will identify with his style but personally I think he is extremely intelligent and a highly skilled negotiator. He's a master at using language, no verbal communication, emotional guidance, neuro-linguistic cues and building rapport and relationships to get the results he wants whilst being quite 'insane' and completely himself at the same time. Anyway the book, particularly the latter half has some brilliant insight into his wacky and insane style which is extremely effective and I strongly identify with much of his approach. You'll either get it and love it or think he's a complete nut job and hate it, mostly depending on your personality.
